About Us


Lucinda Dei Rossi, MPA, CPRP, CFE
Lucinda has over twenty years of executive level management experience in community mental health programs.  She is a champion of recovery for all individuals, with a deep understanding of the challenges that people with lived experience and their families face along with a great appreciation for the courage, strength of spirit and determination that is at the heart of all recovery journeys.  Lucinda has developed and implemented a number of recovery-oriented programs, including supported employment, residential services, supported housing and intensive services.  She is exceptionally skilled at administrative and policy level information as well as an excellent trainer.  She provides inspired leadership and believes strongly in creating a collaborative organizational structure and a vision-driven workforce.  


 
 

Debra Brasher, MS, CPRP, CFE
Debra brings over 30 years of community mental health experience to Inspired at Work. She is a dedicated teacher and trainer, known for her engaging and experiential style of presentation. She taught for twelve years in the community college system and was the Clinical Director and subsequently Director of Training for a large non-profit in San Mateo County.  Debra is a strong advocate of each individual's right to live life to the fullest, reach for the stars and create a pathway to their goals. She is skillful in the development and design of curriculum, having produced multiple curricula for statewide agencies and community colleges across the state.  Debra is a trained hypnotherapist and also brings over twenty years of mindfulness training to her work.  She utilizes the power of visualization and mind-body practices in the development of wellness strategies for staff and clients.   

The Inspired at Work Team

Both Debra and Lucinda have trained, hired and worked alongside people with lived experience since 1992. This workforce shift, recommended by the Mental Health Services Act, is a key ingredient in the transformation of mental health services to increase recovery of people using system services. Inspired at Work has assisted counties to successfully prepare the workforce, train new employees and provide supervisor training to create teams that are truly integrated and able to provide the best in recovery-oriented services.
